Real Estate Debt & Equity

Sandloch Investments makes both debt and equity investments in real assets. Our debt investments are characterized by flexibility - we invest in both senior secured and subordinate notes on all property types. The unifying criteria is longevity - we look for assets that we believe will perform well over the longest of time horizons. We underwrite with the assumption of long-term hold; as such, we set the bar very high for quality and long-term viability. We can move quickly and are a great option if an owner needs immediate liquidity.

On equity investments, Sandloch takes care of all needed functions - sourcing, underwriting, executing the transaction; and following the investment, Sandloch manages the property directly, ensuring proper execution of property level business plans, and generating cost savings that are not possible with external vendors.

Private Equity Investments

Our focus lies in middle market private equity investments in financial services - insurance and asset management. Sandloch can provide management in the event that current management is looking to exit the business fully.
