Real Estate Debt & Equity

Sandloch Investments makes both debt and equity investments in real assets. Our debt investments are characterized by flexibility - we invest in both senior secured and subordinate notes on all property types. The unifying criteria is longevity - we look for assets that we believe will perform well over the longest of time horizons. We underwrite with the assumption of long-term hold; as such, we set the bar very high for quality and long-term viability. We can move quickly and are a great option if an owner needs immediate liquidity.

Private Equity Investments

We seek lower middle market private equity investments in various industry verticals - including technology, agriculture, and retail. The company must be a stable platform on which to build, with the potential to support organic growth or growth via additional acquisitions. Sandloch can provide management in the event that current management is looking to exit the business fully.
